Include your care home name and CQC location ID. Operator accounts are set up manually during our pilot phase.

Placement enquiries
To contact a specific care home about availability, please use the placement form on that home's CareCompass profile. We cannot advise on clinical care needs, funding, or whether a home has vacancies.
Complaints about a care home
CareCompass does not regulate care providers. Concerns about care quality or safety should be reported to the Care Quality Commission or the home's registered manager.
